Im done purchasing 1000 links credits that is make me feel rewarding because i know there was a good outcome after all, i hope so, crosses fingers, why did i purchased traffic? well i’m pretty sure that i have a great backlinks through out Google search engine but i still want to make sure to maximize my traffic by using this ptc program that i found recently in a cheapest price of course, though other said that purchasing traffic can make you ban on Google but the think is i don’t have any ads by Google here because i just want to have a clean blogging like what i always said..lol and i hope through this way i can boast my alexa rank and page rank soon when Google update our page rank..:)

How much did i bought the credits? no worries some ptc companies are offering a reasonable price and some of those are just ranging 0.50 cent to 1 dollars per 1000 link credits, that is pretty much awesome right? because you don’t have to waste your time by spamming (sometimes) other people out just to visit your site and instead do some seo like blog hopping so that you can put your blog on the good standing after Google updates..by the way please don’t get me wrong this was my personal idea’s , im not even a SEO master and what i just did what i think is right to me and how can i understand the word SEO..:)

What happened? please tell me, what did i do wrong? everyone who can tell me? yes i am frustrated and disgusting a quite a bit because why i shouldn’t be so lucky enough to pursue and get what i want to achieve things on my blogging activities ? all i know is i did my best and give some relevant information that i know can be help on other people who seek in such certain info, but quite sometimes they just find in irrelevant that can make me think if i should continue this thing? but on the other hand there are still other people who believing on me that i can and i can be what i want to be through out the blogsphere , and one thing that ive been frustrated of, this passed week is to be accept on the paid post that i want to work with, because i know ill grow up and learn a lot through their program and i hope they will notice me after i resubmit my application and give me a change to be part of them..lol by the way i got a new blog wherein ill tackles all men issues and stuff that related over brobrand.in , yeah its dot.in because that was only sale right now on my domain registrar..lol ok that’s it for now, i have to update my new blog so see there..:) thanks a lot

As i said before that this blog is also a personal blog of mine though its staysuperfit.com but its doesn’t mean that this blog are only exclusive for tips and way on how to get fit..lol just to clear the air people, i hope you wont misunderstand me..:) wink, well as i titled this post, yeah ive been experienced a poor connection last day or i may say totally no connection at all because my internet provider was so mean to mean and pulled my connection down for a while because i missed to pay my internet balance for this month..lol im quite amused to my self because all i thought that i paid the full balance but their still another balance left..lol but no worries because i settled all of my balances to them and i hope by next time they will notify me first before they do such moved like that because i missed a lot of my activities online, like facebook and update to all of my blogs and email etc last day..but i learned a lot though..ok ok i have to go now and sorry if im quite lazy to make this blog long because i have to running out those pending activities last day,hope you understand..thanks a lot

Breaking News:No More Gym

Yes i decided to stop for a while on going gym everyday because i got lazy nowadays, and sorry for that but i dont help it because Ive been always sleep late these last few few weeks ago because i have to fix something in regards on my online job, im too bad? anyways its ok then because as i promise to my self that i wont either eat a lot so that i wont get fat again in front on my this freakkin computer.lol really so many things to do right now and i cant know what things ill do first? can you help me here? if so please contact me at my email,,lol kidding aside i know this will flow smoothly sooner and i can come back on my hobby which is going to a gym but no worries i still updates this blog on so many things that gonna happen on me everyday its like my daily dairy like on my other blog and i hope you’ll like this after all..wait i will check this post if i get my minimum requirements in every post that i made ,which writing at least 200 words per post its that too long? i bet not but i trying to reach 300 words though,, ok ok time to end up this post..thanks see yah

Disadvantage for being fat..lol

Being a fat belly boy before i surely know what are the disadvantages for being fat of course but the bad thing was there’s no advantages for being this,lol but to clear things out im not a kind of person who is obese, i have just to lose weight a little bit but i knew on how to be bullied by others by being fat because as Ive said before im just like that, but right after i losing it up i believed, and im on the average figure right now but i still have to lose quite bit (i know).lol anyways what are the disadvantage things that the most obese people are encounter with? i think one of these is clothes, because obese people are always having hard time to find such good quality of clothes that is suited to them and if they find so im pretty sure thats clothes is expensively indeed, and another one was on jeepney(jeepney is a public transportation on the Philippines ) yeah i heard this more often when i ride on jeepney because the driver is always asking for a double payment for those obese one because they occupied for two person, how discriminating right? so if you don’t want to be bully or discriminate by others let us go out and do some move to burn fats..set your mind that you can lose weight , believe me its works

Its Yummy to be fit

I Think this topic will love to know some of those fatty bellies people out there. like me,lol yeah we really love to eat,who doesn’t ? but sometimes we can control our mount for receiving a bunch of foods that we cant help with, that’s why this topic will came up to my mind and give you some tips on how to burn fat by just eating it self, and i hope it will work with you like as mine..lol

Based on the title of this post that its yummy to be fit, yeah you can eat and burn fats at the same time,sounds good right? but the question is what food(s) that can we eat a lot? Actually there was a lot of food that can be burn our fats like Celery do and some grape juices can, in my case what i did was i just eat Celery in fresh then after than ill drink mah grape juice and there you go , the fatty acid will flashing out when you go to comport room,lol and please don’t attempt to try any dieting tea and stuff ,with out the prescription of your physician because some of those dieting fills has their side effect, like having a insomniac and some changes on your body that you can feel than usual..

just try the natural way and set your mind that you have to lose weight and give either some effort to exercise..:))

Do you Insecure to Others?

I know and you know that all of us are experienced to got insecure in some people before? and maybe some other things that around us , i think that its normal, but what if being an insecure to other is one that can make you worst? a worst that can make your attitude changed? yeah sad to say that other people are going into those path ,bulling others i mean , it just because of insecurity to other and i don’t even get why they are like that, maybe the way they grew? or the way they think to others? so what they’re point? but if i where them i will get my insecurity as my sort of inspiration and strong ,to be a better one someday , just look on the other positive way because if you look into a bad one your definitely going down and you’ll never know that you hurt someone feels..just calm down and think what are the things that you better of , that the person who’ll you insecure with , then after that you can feel that you most lucky and brave than he or she does, just take this advice i am pretty sure that having a positive out look in life is the most best thing that can you feel rewarding to your self..:) i hope i can give a peaceful mind on this post..thanks a bunch..:)

People change?

Ok time for me to give way on my personal category and stop posting some burning fats exercises,lol Yeah Let me please get quite EMO on this post..hahah anyways we all know that people changed when days,weeks,years had passed and we personally know whats are the things that we matured or changed with, I think, but when our friends,mentor and especially family told us that you’ve changed a lot and you still immature in that way its confirmed that you really changed maybe on the way you think, the way you react and the way you answer question and stuff, but what if , if they’re all telling you that you’ve changed as your nice before into a wild and freakin one? its hurt right? yeah they telling me that ive changed on that way but of course on my side i cant noticed that im becoming on what they are all telling me, thats making a bad feelings right now but its ok then, because now i know what are the things that i have to change and what are the things that they disgusting me..lol and im thankful to my family by being transparent with me by telling me face to face what are those things that made me changed..lol so i hope i cant change this bad image to them and get back my old me?lol so bye for now and thanks for reading this nonsense post..ahhaah
