Banana can help to lose Weight?

I know most people love’s to eat a lot but lose weight at the same time? what the heck? i know for you ill be sounded weird but you know eating is the best way to lose weight?haha yeah we can do that on banana because based on studies way back time that this simply banana that we wont notice quite sometime to our dinning area and most of the time banana went rotten on your refrigeration has this ability or content rather who can help our metabolism increase meaning the foods that is went in to you stomach can actually faster to flash out because of the banana as i know maybe because of fiber that banana has? not sure though about the mineral we can get..lol..so what are you waiting for eat banana today and have a healthy body tomorrow..:)

Wait as this topic broadcast on our local TV they says that eating 2 bananas every morning with a empty is the best than eating as a desert…:)

How To Have a Healthy Lifestyle?

I think Im healthy enough to blog about this..lol alrighty i know all of us want to have a healthy living life right? so how we achieve that? actually living a healthy life isn’t much harder you’ll be thinking as long you’ll know what to do and do it for real life i mean these tips that i am about to share with you below.. bear with it these are my personal thoughts only on how  you may get healthy body..:)

1,make sure that you will be happy everyday because happy feeling can help us to live longer because of the positive vibes that we were thought about

2,drink water at least 10-12 glasses a day, i think drinking 8 glasses isnt enough for my opinion to flash out some dirt tissue on our body, so much better if we drink as long as we can..:)

3,avoid sleeping too late and avoid some vices as well, like drinking alcohol and smoking

4,Take vitamins who has a A-Z minerals

5,Exercise more often specially in morning and even in afternoon must do

6, distress your self by going to the mall with family and friends or such thing because i do believed distressing toward those stuff  who can pissed you more often or anything who really can gave you a stressful day , is the best way to have an healthy lifestyle ..

7,eat or drink some food who have highly enrich in anti oxidant and fibers

i think that will be all, because these are the only things that im doing right now to make me so fit..:) hope i can give you at least an ideas  on how to have a healthy life..

Do you consider your self undergoing in any surgery just to get fit?

On this modern age there was a lot of machines,techniques and surgeries who can easily you to get in shape and flash out all of those freakin unwanted fats who’s with you all the time..lol so you do you consider those kind of methods just to lose weight? if you asking me if its really in need i mean for the sake of my health and with the prescription of the doctor ill definitely go with it but if ill do it just for my vain oh lord i cant ill leave it because i still believe that those body who loses weight by natural exercises it will last will on surgery i think they wont because i cant reached the pain and muscles development that exercise can be..ok ok these was only my personal point of view but i think this is only how people thinks about it..doesn’t matter right?

word of advice: if you really want to lose weight to get so lazy just go out and run ..do some extreme activities and of course don’t eat to much but you can eat a lot of fiber foods,fruits that can help you to burn your fat either..ok ill end this up and i hope i can inspired you in away on my personal thoughts about this issue..thanks

Back to my Cardio

Parties is coming over nowadays and of course i have to stay more fit even there was a sinful foods who has waiting for me..lol anyways i decided just for today that ill be going to jog again every morning that i use to do recently but something happens thats why i cant pursuing it of quite awhile now but now im BACK on the cycle..finally

Actually as i decided to back on my cardio i rashly went to a mp3 store to by one because i cant jog earlier in the morning without any punk musics who can lift my spirit up..so i better to buy one that i did a minute ago..lol who nuts i am? well thats me and im hoping nor looking forward to lose at least 10 pounds because Christmas coming so that i can wear what clothes that i want to wear with..

Hopefully this will work like before and im also hope that i can simultaneously pursue this till the end  and got my awesome bods after all..LOL ok thats it for now and ill do you update in regards on this frustration of mine..bye

Drinking Dietary Tea

Have you tried drinking any dietary tea just to lose weight? because a lot of people nowadays considers dietary tea as a great way to lose weight easily and fast, what do you think? me personally i used to drink some brand of dietary tea but i think it has a side effect(s) out of it , though its really works because i lose 10 pounds in just 1 month, how fast is that? but bear with it, you must consult your physician if you have any allergy on medicine and such thing to avoid unnecessarily incident as you drink dietary tea…

Ok as i drink the tea that i was telling you awhile ago, yeah Ive been experienced such side effect out of it and its was freakkin bad because i wasn’t be able to sleep at night than the usual when i don’t take any tea and i even experiencing palpitating , my goodness i have to stop it but still i cant because its really effective on me..LOL because im believing on the saying no pain no gain..LOL ok if you want to lose weight like i do and want to take such dietary tea as well just make sure that the tea you’ll take is safe and read the description on the back if the has a side effect and such

Stress can make you fat?

Yeah, based on my personal experiences that stress or if you are stress can make you fat or increase a changes for you to gain weight because if you are in stress you often eat and quite sometimes we doesn’t matter if that food that we eaten are healthy or not , so I suggested if you are in the moment just take your self busy by doing some exercises instead of eating because me these passed days ago I really stress out on my online life because I got sick and I thinking how can I working out my bunch  list of websites, I mean how to update them all because I missed a lot of days because of that freaking fever..huhuh anyways im ok now but my problem was I got fatted though I got sick but still I became big beause I ate a lot due of the stress that Ive been felt recently..LOL

I hope you, specially to those girls out there can make them self as happy as they can everyday because they might be big if they still eating a lot due of the stressful life that they have wether its on work or in their daily routine..haha ok that’s it for now and please bear with this post this was only my personal thoughts about the issue I dunno if you’ve been experienced the same thing or not..
