Nowadays it’s important to have a job that is both financially rewarding and socially gratifying. One such job is a CNA or Certified Nursing Assistant. You’ll definitely feel good about yourself if you earn a lot and at the same time you’re able to help someone. The duties of a certified nursing assistant are attending to a patient’s hygiene which includes bathing, brushing their teeth, shaving, cutting their nails, and toileting needs; making patient’s beds; feeding them; turning them on a regular basis to make sure that they don’t develop bed sores; observing patients’ health changes; monitoring, checking, and recording all vital signs.
If you want to be a certified nursing assistant, a CNA Training program must first be completed. It’s a must to undergo this training program because it will give you the knowledge you’ll need to pass the state licensing examination which in turn is your ticket to working in a health care facility. No worries because most CNA Training programs can be completed in just three months. They usually consist of 120 to 140 classroom hours. There will also be hands on training where you’ll work directly with patients. Programs also include studies in effective communication. CNAs must be able to communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and most importantly with patients.
On health issues today. There were some studies about taking pills is the best way to lose weight today, however, physician and some doctors who’d studied on this matter says that natural exercise are the still the best and guarantee way to lose body weights. That I definitely agreed with. Because taking pills has this side effect(s) that can probably trigger on you sooner or later. And not just that, because this may help also to circulate your blood over your body that can get rid off in some cause of ages. There was a lot of things that are took me busy these days. There was an workload that I needed to finish with, and there was some socialite activities that I was about to attend either. And of course exercises was the one that most occupied my time whole day. Yeah! I’m back on working out. Because again, I felt this heavy weights with me that I’ll becoming quite pissed to my self because I wanted to get back on the old me.

Ive just noticed that I’ll be coming big these days. My goodness I really forgot that I was on the diet programs because I’d often eat a lot and some fatty foods. though I am still going to the gym but yet still my weights is getting added a bit than before. I hope I can control my self out to eat these oily foods that my mom use to cooked for us. Okay then, that’s it for now and will update you some of my picture soon I reached my wanting body built. LOL
Nowadays i feel this heaviness on my body once again and i think holidays season is the one who’ve been liable on this disgusting feelings, anyways is ok though because i need to get busy once again by working out and having some fun outside to get rid on this fatness, well at least i need to get busy then this following months because i am quite lazy these days and i dont know why..LOL maybe because all the fatty belly is sleeping at this moment so please let my machine works..ok thats it for now and ill update you soon regarding this matter..thanks a lot!
I think its been quite awhile when i update this blog into a personal one because im trying to emphasize the niche that ill be using here which the stay super fit that is tackle about informatics, idea’s , exercises that can make us and help us to get fit ..ahhah so yeah as i titled this post as a get wet and wild i know you are thinking with some hot and kicking topic but sorry is not how you’d thinking..lol but at least the post still have relay on the main topic on this blog..ok i just want to share with you all guys these pictures of mine who are sweating due of the sun shine season that the Philippines only have..lol
im the the front on my laptop by that time but suddenly i slowly felt that the place is starting to get hot and recently became hotter like a sauna..lol but on the other hand i still love it ,because i use to sweat even im just seating and flash out some toxic on my body at the same time..so great feeling and i do hope as well that i lose at least one line on the weighing apparatus ..bwahaha
On this modern age there was a lot of machines,techniques and surgeries who can easily you to get in shape and flash out all of those freakin unwanted fats who’s with you all the time..lol so you do you consider those kind of methods just to lose weight? if you asking me if its really in need i mean for the sake of my health and with the prescription of the doctor ill definitely go with it but if ill do it just for my vain oh lord i cant ill leave it because i still believe that those body who loses weight by natural exercises it will last will on surgery i think they wont because i cant reached the pain and muscles development that exercise can be..ok ok these was only my personal point of view but i think this is only how people thinks about it..doesn’t matter right?
word of advice: if you really want to lose weight to get so lazy just go out and run ..do some extreme activities and of course don’t eat to much but you can eat a lot of fiber foods,fruits that can help you to burn your fat either..ok ill end this up and i hope i can inspired you in away on my personal thoughts about this issue..thanks
Yeah, based on my personal experiences that stress or if you are stress can make you fat or increase a changes for you to gain weight because if you are in stress you often eat and quite sometimes we doesn’t matter if that food that we eaten are healthy or not , so I suggested if you are in the moment just take your self busy by doing some exercises instead of eating because me these passed days ago I really stress out on my online life because I got sick and I thinking how can I working out my bunch list of websites, I mean how to update them all because I missed a lot of days because of that freaking fever..huhuh anyways im ok now but my problem was I got fatted though I got sick but still I became big beause I ate a lot due of the stress that Ive been felt recently..LOL
I hope you, specially to those girls out there can make them self as happy as they can everyday because they might be big if they still eating a lot due of the stressful life that they have wether its on work or in their daily routine..haha ok that’s it for now and please bear with this post this was only my personal thoughts about the issue I dunno if you’ve been experienced the same thing or not..
