Stress can make you fat?

Yeah, based on my personal experiences that stress or if you are stress can make you fat or increase a changes for you to gain weight because if you are in stress you often eat and quite sometimes we doesn’t matter if that food that we eaten are healthy or not , so I suggested if you are in the moment just take your self busy by doing some exercises instead of eating because me these passed days ago I really stress out on my online life because I got sick and I thinking how can I working out my bunch  list of websites, I mean how to update them all because I missed a lot of days because of that freaking fever..huhuh anyways im ok now but my problem was I got fatted though I got sick but still I became big beause I ate a lot due of the stress that Ive been felt recently..LOL

I hope you, specially to those girls out there can make them self as happy as they can everyday because they might be big if they still eating a lot due of the stressful life that they have wether its on work or in their daily routine..haha ok that’s it for now and please bear with this post this was only my personal thoughts about the issue I dunno if you’ve been experienced the same thing or not..
