I Think this topic will love to know some of those fatty bellies people out there. like me,lol yeah we really love to eat,who doesn’t ? but sometimes we can control our mount for receiving a bunch of foods that we cant help with, that’s why this topic will came up to my mind and give you some tips on how to burn fat by just eating it self, and i hope it will work with you like as mine..lol
Based on the title of this post that its yummy to be fit, yeah you can eat and burn fats at the same time,sounds good right? but the question is what food(s) that can we eat a lot? Actually there was a lot of food that can be burn our fats like Celery do and some grape juices can, in my case what i did was i just eat Celery in fresh then after than ill drink mah grape juice and there you go , the fatty acid will flashing out when you go to comport room,lol and please don’t attempt to try any dieting tea and stuff ,with out the prescription of your physician because some of those dieting fills has their side effect, like having a insomniac and some changes on your body that you can feel than usual..
just try the natural way and set your mind that you have to lose weight and give either some effort to exercise..:))
